TABLE HOSTS

What better way to support the ALCU of Utah and our upcoming Bill of Rights Celebration than to gather a group of your friends to celebrate with you?

If you are thinking about becoming a Table Host, not quite sure but considering the idea, or absolutely committed to meeting the challenge - we want you to join us for a fun and casual Table Host Get-Together.

Have a glass of wine and chat with other ACLU supporters who are joining the effort to advance civil liberties and freedom in our state! You will hear more about the Bill of Rights Celebration and brainstorm Table Hosting strategies. You might even find a friend to help you fill a table!

As a special bonus, you can browse through the colorful, clever portraits by artist Heather Barron, currently hanging at the Phillips Gallery.

TABLE HOST GET-TOGETHER:

- Tuesday, March 25
- 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- At the Phillips Gallery (444 E. 200 S., Salt Lake City, 84111)
- Refreshments & Beverages Provided
- All Wecome - Bring a Friend!

Friends and interested volunteers are also welcome to attend! Just RSVP by March 21 to Anna Brower at abrower@acluutah.org or (801) 521-9862 ext. 100.

As a Table Host, you commit to selling ten tickets ($100 each, $50 special rate*), enough to fill an entire table at our 50th Anniversary Celebration. You can buy a few tickets for you and your family, and then fill the rest of the chairs at your table with friends, colleagues, parents, cousins, and whomever else you know believes in the critical work of the ACLU of Utah. You can even buy all ten tickets yourself, and give them away to your friends as gifts!

Our Table Hosts are a critical part of the success of this event, which helps to support our civil liberties work throughout the entire year. That is why we will be recognizing all Table Hosts in the Bill of Rights Celebration program, on our website, and at the event.

To make your task a bit easier, you can use our Table Host Rally Roster to keep track of your "recruits!" As you rally your pals and they commit to attend, jot down their name, with phone number and/or email address.

You can collect the ticket payments directly from your fellow table-mates, and deliver all of those payments together (with your Rally Roster) to the ACLU of Utah before the Celebration on May 8.

You can also have each individual send their payment directly to us. Just don’t forget to keep track of who will be at your table – in case you need to follow up with them, and so that we can be sure to seat you all together on May 8.

If you don't want to fill an entire table on your own, recruit a co-Host to help! Between the two of you, you can easily bring eight other supporters to this great event.

What are you waiting for? Being surrounded by those you care for and respect is the PERFECT way to celebrate fifty years of Civil Liberties success in Utah!

* This special rate is intended for those who are on fixed incomes, work in the non-profit sector, are students or who otherwise would not be able to join us.
