The ACLU of Utah has teamed up with the Salt Lake Peer Court, Racially Just Utah, Teen Council, Planned Parenthood Association of Utah and Spyhop, to hold a free community event which will provide a provocative discussion with space for all voices to be heard. All students, parents, and community members, are invited.

It may seem like the school-to-prison pipeline is a national issue, but not a problem in Utah. Reality says it is a problem. Our minority, disabled, and LGBTQ youth are disproportionately disciplined in school and pushed out of the educational environment and into the criminal justice system.
