The ACLU of Utah answers questions about vouchers and outlines the reasons why voters should reject Utah’s controversial program by voting “no” on “Citizen’s State Referendum Number 1.”

We Need Lions in Congress, Not Sheep
This summer, congressional leadership caved in to yet another Bush assault on our freedoms. They enabled a revision of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) that gives new powers to the Attorney General to eavesdrop on American citizens without any meaningful court or congressional oversight.
When our leaders follow along with what the White House wants and behave like sheep, their constituents need to know it. Thanks to overwhelming support from our activists, our ads demanding that Congress stop acting like sheep and start standing up for our rights ran in the hometown newspapers of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid last week. We also have online ads running in numerous outlets.
Join the ACLU as we ramp up our campaign to demand that Congress act immediately to restore the Constitution.
