Lisa Remington ( www.lisaremington.com ) is a producer of the ACLU’s “Freedom Files,” a series of documentaries addressing some of today’s most political issues, from LGBT rights to our government’s use of torture. She is also a Salt Lake native!

Lisa will share how she found her way to the Freedom Files project, and how she was able to blend her passion for film with her commitment to progressive politics. She also will share clips and stories, and answer your questions. If you want to build your own path toward of a life that includes both art AND activism, stop by.
