For one hour on the evening of August 7, 2020, the ACLU of Utah will celebrate an unusual but very busy year fighting for justice with a Virtual Community Block Party.

This celebration will allow members, partners, and supporters to come together and recognize the wonderful communities we serve and partner with, in the fight for civil rights and liberties. This event will also honor an amazing of group of Utahns who have made a positive impact on civil liberties and the opportunity for generational racial justice reform as we present the 2020 Torch of Freedom and Mickey Duncan Awards. Plus, we will recognize the accomplishments of four high school seniors receiving Youth Activist Scholarships.
