SB 93: Vital Records Modifications

Prohibits the state registrar from processing the application of a minor to change the name and sex designation on their birth certificate until they are 18 years old, with only two narrow exceptions. We oppose these restrictions limiting trans youth in Utah from obtaining accurate state identification records.
