Siera Gomez joined the ACLU of Utah in March of 2025 as the HR People and Culture Manager. Before this role, Siera was an HR Coordinator at Peace House, a shelter in Park City for survivors of interpersonal and sexual violence. At Peace House and as an HR Coordinator for previous organizations, Siera focused on fine-tuning the onboarding process, developing equitable policies, and building a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Siera has a B.A. in English Literature and an M.S. in HR Management, with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and Change Management. She is passionate about reading, road trips, her fluffy little dog who is perpetually filled with rage, and at-home karaoke nights with her beautiful partner.
