Bio
Riley Arnold (she/her) joined the ACLU of Utah in December 2025 as the affiliate’s Community Engagement Associate. An alum of the ACLU National Advocacy Institute, Riley is committed to making the ACLU’s civil liberties work accessible to communities across the state.
Riley is a Salt Lake City local with experience in government relations and grassroots organizing. Before this role, she contributed to voter outreach and community education initiatives with HeadCount and the Planned Parenthood Association of Utah.
She earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, with concentrations in Political Science and Writing.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops, sending postcards, going on long road trips, and attending live music.
