Tyrell Aagard

Bio

Tyrell joined the ACLU of Utah as the Development Director in March 2022.

Previously, he worked in development positions at Utah Food Bank and Volunteers of America, Utah, focused on grant acquisition, relationship management, and event planning. He also served in a variety of volunteer leadership positions in Utah politics, including as the President of the Young Democrats of Utah and the First Vice Chair of the Salt Lake County Democratic Party.

A lifelong Utahn, Tyrell grew up in rural Juab County and moved to Salt Lake City to attend the University of Utah, where he earned a B.S. in Political Science. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
