All Utah same sex parents who qualify can be listed on birth certificates.

The win applies to all same sex spouses who qualify under the assisted reproduction statute. Hospitals should allow couple stop fill out the the applicable forms. For couples who have already given birth, the Utah Office of Vital Statistics should issue amended birth certificate. Love wins again!
