A court hearing will occur tomorrow regarding the preliminary injunction request to block HB 467, a law that would functionally ban abortion in the state. Planned Parenthood Association of Utah (PPAU), the American Civil Liberties Union of Utah Foundation, Inc. (ACLU of Utah), and the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) will hold a press conference following the court hearing to discuss the implications of the case and answer questions.
