Protect Utah's Accurate Health Education | Stop HB315
HB315, Human Growth and Development Instruction, is a dangerous and misleading bill that seeks to force anti-abortion propaganda into Utah classrooms under the guise of health education. Tell lawmakers to vote 'NO' on HB315.
Stop HB197
The bill extends complicated and confusing content restrictions to all digital materials and digital service providers and requires that any device, database or service for providing digital instructional materials must include a filter. The bill also requires screening of any new instructional materials, both digital content and library books, for “sensitive material.”
