HB232 (Medicaid Abortion Payment Amendments)
HB232 would prohibit providers of abortion (outside of hospitals) from qualifying as an eligible Meicaid provider. Practically speaking, this bill is aimed at preventing Planned Parenthood Association of Utah from qualifying for Medicaid payments.
